Before switching careers to become a realtor, I spent 19 years in investment banking with a FinTech background. I've lived in the northern part of Singapore for most of that time, and am married with two lovely daughters.

I've experienced real asset progression firsthand — I bought a resale HDB flat in 2008, sold it at a record-high price in 2012, then upgraded to a new Executive Condominium in 2013, which TOP'd in 2015 and remains my home today.
